Indian Food

Indian Food is very tasty. It has a lot of flavor. The spiciness brings the most flavor. But indian food is very oily, but very healthy, because of the stuff that is put in the meal. The meat inside the meal is good too. Some things that you can eat the food with is naan, roti, rice, and many more things. Everyone also add flavorings like salt, blackpeppers, and pink salt, they also add chilis, tamarac, and fresh or frozen garlic, fresh or frozen peppers. Most importantly you need red chilis, salt, tamarac, garlic, ginger, onions and tomatoes, and many more spices.

Some indian foods are curry chicken, chili paneer, gobi manchurian, shahi paneer, goat curry, tanoori chicken, and many more. Here are some ingredients to make curry chicken. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

1 medium yellow onion, chopped

2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1″ pieces

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp. minced ginger

1 tsp. paprika

1 tsp. ground turmeric

1 tsp. ground coriander

1/2 tsp. ground cumin

1 (15-oz.) can crushed tomatoes

1 1/2 c. low-sodium chicken broth

1/2 c. heavy cream

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Basmati rice or naan, for serving

1 tbsp. freshly chopped cilantro, for garnish

1.  Take a large pot and put oil in it then put it on medium heat. Add onions, then cook until they are soft, 5 minutes. Add chicken and sear until there is no more pink salt, 5 minutes. Stir garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. 

2. After add spices and cook until very fragrant, 1 minute. Add tomatoes and broth and bring it to a simmer. Then stir in heavy cream, after season  with salt and pepper. After simmer the chicken pieces until they are cooked through and tender, about 10 minutes.

3. Serve over rice or over naan, then garnish with cilantro.
