Sleeping

One of my favorite things to do is to sleep. The reason I like to sleep is because it is calming. Sleeping is good for the health of person. If you don’t get enough sleep, it will be bad because you could start falling asleep at work or start staying all night along. Teenagers at least 8 to 9 ¼ hours of uninterrupted sleep. If the body doesn’t get that certain amount of time, then it can’t finish muscle repair, release of hormones growth, appetite, and memory consolidation. And also they wake up less prepared for school or work, that makes very hard for them to concentrate. Also they can’t make decisions and they can’t fully engage in social activities. 

Some ways to go to sleep is to put your phone in a different room, so you can’t stay up all night. Do something that will tire you out so you can fall asleep quickly. Sleep in a cold room, that way you can fall asleep quickly too. You could stick to the same time of waking up and go to sleeping everyday. Try to avoid naps, and practice a relaxing night time ritual. Sleep on a comfy matress and pillow. Avoid heavy meals alcohol and cigarettes. If you still can’t sleep do something that will tire you out.
